Where can I download or find my tickets?
How Can We Help?
Directly after purchase
Once an order is placed, you will be redirected to a confirmation page. Here you can download your electronic ticket/s.
In your email
After purchase you will receive an email confirming your booking. Within this email you will find a link to download your tickets. Please keep a copy of this email.
If you do not receive this email, it is your responsibility to Contact Us and let us know. If you do not inform us, we cannot guarantee allocation of tickets if the event has sold out.
In your Account Dashboard
All orders are recorded and listed within your Account Dashboard under the Orders Tab.
Find the ticket order and click the “View” button. On the next page you will find a link to download your tickets.
