Can I change the card my refund is processed to?

The short answer is No, unfortunately not.

We are only able to process refunds onto the card that was originally used to make a purchase. The reason for this, is that a refund is a reversal of payment. When we process a refund request, our payment processor (Stripe) manages the entire process and automatically transfers the funds back into the original account.

If you have cancelled your original card or received a new one, it is your banks responsibility to ensure that the refunds are correctly processed and transferred to the correct customer.
If you do not see your refund in your account after 10 working days following a refund confirmation, please contact your bank and they will assist with your query.
