The Busy Movement is proud to present to you our very first festival – Abracadabra!

From sunny summer days to foggy winter nights, we all look for a place of comfort, cosiness and togetherness.

When this Autumn passes and the winter settles in, Abracadabra Festival is here to light the fire, The Busy Movement is offering a immersive experience into multiple creative realms over 3 days, 25+ Live Musicians & DJs, Flow Performers and Live Artist over 1 Magical Main Haven, Loafing Lounges and Outdoor Fire Zones.

As you journey throughout the misty country roads you’ll come across the safe haven, the mutlicomplex site nestled in Waitawheta’s land of the free, the mystery winter gathering that is Abracadabra Festival.

With only a very limited amount of 100 festival tickets this is going to be a very powerful, intimate gathering with many walks of life indulging in the magic that’s going to be created.

With one of the most genre bending line ups in the land, expect the finest in Electronica, Downtempo and Tribal Organic House, Funky Latin Afro vibes to the deep depths of Deep House and Minimal. Live Musicians, Blues, Jazz, Dub and Reggae Selectors easing your senses throughout the times… there’s always a fire burning somewhere.

With limited capacity we are offering 20 Abracondos (hostel bed), Camper passes, Car Parking & Marae Style sleeping spaces. We also have space for a good ol Tent!

Finest all round food available from local food trucks, vegan and vegetarian options, Hot beverages on the flow throughout the festival all operating 2pm Friday to 2pm Sunday. 

The opening welcoming will be on Friday at 2pm on the Abracadabra Stage, festival closing 4pm Sunday.

Accommodation Options:
Free Camping is included with all festival passes
Abracando Hostel Bed with showers – $50+fees

Vehicle Pass:
Car Parking Pass – $10+fees
Camper Vehicle Pass- $20+fees

-Car Parking will be not be located on festival site,  shuttles will be running on set times from car park to festival on Friday 12pm to Friday 9pm / Saturday 10am to 10pm. NOTE; Bring your camping gear in the shuttle, No Camping or hanging out in car park, we want you at the festival joining in on the vibes!

-Camper Vehicles will be located on site, close to the festival and all amenities.
